Cantor at Gibraltar's Nefutsot Yehuda Synagogue. Performs in the Spanish and Portuguese Sephardi tradition. Grandson Ariel Lazarus has himself performed and recorded the Sephardic repertory, and wrote The Gibraltar Suite – A Song Cycle of Sephardic Melodies, which he has performed with his grandfather.
